What makes us different
The Mentally Healthy Work team have had extensive years of practical experience in real workplaces. We don't just consult; we've successfully implemented mentally healthy work programmes and have seen the positive impact first hand. We utilise research, International standards and evidence along with our own experience to inform our practice. E.g. Global Healthy Workplaces; ISO 45003, The World Health Organisation and previous US Surgeon General Vivek Murthy and others.
Meet the team
Trish Knight is a Health, Wellbeing and Safety Consultant and has worked for over 15 years supporting workplaces with their health and wellbeing strategy, culture and goals.
Judy Currie is a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Consultant, Occupational Health Nurse, and University of Otago Senior Professional Practice Fellow.
Our vision
Our primary goal is to enable leaders to have a deeper understanding of the positive health, safety and wellbeing impacts on the business when workers' mental wellbeing is supported. We strive to help create environments where employees feel valued and understood. We refer to the World Health Organisation guidance, ISO45003 Psychosocial Risk Standard and Worksafe NZ Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, to inform workplaces.
